• Where is the store based?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We are located on the West Coast of California, orders placed weekdays before 12:PM our time will go out that day unless acts of Mother Nature occur and prevent this from happening in a timely fashion, she's a bitch but nothing stops us. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  No, sorry we no longer ship outside of the USA...

• What Is "Visual Confirmation"?

  The answer is simple, this being the digital age we can show your order being packaged up for shipment, just like you can send us pics/vid of the damaged product upon receiving. Help us out if an issue arises and we will help you out.
